Data Deletion
BetterTrade lets you permanently delete your account and the journal data tied to it directly
from inside the app.
1. Delete Your Account In-App
- Open Profile in BetterTrade.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning and complete the re-authentication step.
Deleting your BetterTrade account does not cancel an active Google Play
subscription. Manage or cancel billing in Google Play before deleting the account if you do
not want future charges.
2. What Gets Deleted
- Your BetterTrade account authentication record.
- Your trade journal entries and screenshot uploads.
- Your preferences and cached analytics summary documents stored for the account.
- Support feedback documents linked to your account.
